Triggerflow sends mobile money payment requests in Tanzania through ClickPesa and waits for the customer to approve them on their phone. When the money arrives, the workflow carries on: confirm the order, send a receipt on WhatsApp, update your sheet or system and tell your team.

How it works
- Connect ClickPesa: Add your ClickPesa client ID and API key as a credential.
- Request a payment: Use the mobile money node with the amount, phone number and order reference.
- Wait and continue: Turn on "wait for payment" and build what happens next for paid and failed payments.

Questions
Which payment provider does Triggerflow use?
ClickPesa, a Tanzanian payment provider. You need your own ClickPesa account; payments go to it directly, not through Triggerflow.
Is there a test mode?
ClickPesa has no sandbox, so test with small real amounts. New ClickPesa accounts have limits until their business verification (KYC) is complete.
What happens if the customer doesn't approve?
The payment ends as failed or expires, and the workflow follows its failed path, for example to send a reminder or cancel the order.
Can I pay for Triggerflow itself with mobile money?
Yes. Pro and Business plans can be paid with M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas, Airtel Money, HaloPesa or a bank transfer.
